basic unit or subsales with renovations already?

palm walk phase 2, last 3 months there is an unit face field asking price at 685k...then close deal at 680k...

that nigerian mostly stay at the condo/apartment...landed mostly local chinese...


as i know, more than 90% sg long residents are chinese population...

if u wan to see the real crowd of nigerian...come to serdang/seri kembanag/kepong area....

behind my house have 1 Nigerian tenant. worry his friends will come too.

my house also got one black couple stay there ... they are couple and when they talk, really loud. But i only can hear their voice when i go to kitchen. They likes to throw rubbish out directly to the back alley ... My mother in law keep asking me to warn them but i haven't got a nice chance to talk to them yet. No friends visiting them so far and i think they are the only couple that staying in our neighbourhood. But i can see a lot of nigerian around sg long and most of them staying at apartments like forest green and etc.

now all the condo have banned the african

maybe this problem they targeting landed now.

i think if landed got management or committee can ban them also.

unless the landed owner choose not to rent to them? but since landed is so difficult to rent, i think they have little options but just to close one eye and rent to them. Luckily my area majority are family own stay. So far still ok. Even the nigerian that stay behind our house also is family. They just recently got a newborn and can see them busy with their newborn

I have ask developer before. He say if they have disturb us we can make complaint. But is work or not don't know.

I hope you will not get impact by this in ur new house. The least we want from our home sweet home is a place to relax and chill and of course also feel safe ... All the best bro!

well update improvement traffic measurement at serdang....wonder who is serving sg long area..... since the trafic is like pain in da ass for so many many years....
