Finally got time to go visit Good View. Really not bad wor. But for the 22x65 duplex, seems like a bit narrow lo the road. As for the 25x80 one, damn expensive leh, but i love the layout of the house.
 1.3M for 2600 sf. RM 500/sf?    |

The chinese school rooftop is covered already. Almost finished but dont think can be on time for next year intake.
The nearest MRT station should be pekan batu 11 ( near Kfc and formerly maybank branch) As can see the construction going on at the junction of traffic light coming out to grand saga highway. |
