but i just did skull crusher and v-bar tricep push down, they work pretty good on me and grow faster than my bicep >.> can you post the pic of ur tricep? |

Wait a few more months then full body pic, now still got a lil man boobs, dealing with cutting now, wana bring down the bf% Its 15.8". Gonna maintain when it reaches 17"-18" =X Not really under Terry's personal training, but he is there all the time, whenever need some advice on workout, just walk to counter and ask him, friendly, fast, accurate advice lol! |
