I beg to differ, maybe I am new and I might be wrong, do correct me if I am wrong. I think form is quite important in hitting the correct part of the muscle.

For normal BB'er simply swing heavy weight might cause injuries and might be hitting other part of the muscle instead of the intended part. Normal BB'er training experience would be lesser than those IFBB pro and they could handle higher weight than normal BB'er, they absolutely know what they are doing and understand their body better.

Too little bro~ not enough

I take around 7-10 eggs consist of 3-4 full eggs and 3-5 whites only per day and that is too little also~

Ken86 takes around 20 if not mistaken per day

Darklight takes 30++ per day

If u are afraid of getting fat or cholesterol, take lesser yolk and more whites. 1 Egg has around 5-6g of protein if not mistaken, so u count for urself how many u want to eat a day.


Natural and solid food always comes first, supplements are supplements after all, the name itself is self-explained. Fix your daily diet with taking more natural food with protein then only take supplement when u are super busy or consuming not enough protein.

The whey 4Rings selling is RM150 for 3KG lol but not sure how it taste though, anyone tried it before?

Hardboil egg is easy to remove the yolk from the white

But lately i've been cooking it scramble way with little oil.

Crack the eggs and pour out the whites. Well I dont know how to explain, try it and u will know, u will master it when u cook like 7-10 eggs per day tongue.gif

nope just crack the shell and usually will push the THUMB into the shell to separate the shell into 2 part to pour out the yolk and white. But if want to separate the yolk, when u open to separate the shell, do not open too wide until the yolk come out, let the white leak out first and adjust it urself. LOL dam, bad explanation and i dont even know what i write =X

anyone who knows maybe can help me explain better tongue.gif

I scramble my eggs, 5-7 whites, 3 yolks then mix with mayonnaise (i know its fattening and bad but sometimes i just gonna reward myself a little, gonna stop taking mayonnaise) and with some cucumber (i love cucumber) for supper tongue.gif

Lean body with six pack requires low body fat. Everyone has six pack of course, but its the matter of visible and how big is the six pack.

Of course u need cardio or HIIT to burn the body fats, added with abs workout.

Besides protein, fiber, carbs, u need oil also, of course the oil is good oil like flax seed oil, olive oil. Our body needs essential oil to work properly like omega3.

Yep, only DB shrugs. HEAVY + Strict form (which means loosen your shoulders to stretch your traps all the way down, shrug as high as possible, hold, bring down, stretch, repeat) Currently I'm doing 90lbs DB each side for 10-12 reps x 4 sets...wish I could go heavier...if only my grip isn't that weak.

DB Shrugs only during back day...then when you do shoulders the next day and if you do lateral raises CORRECTLY (and not swinging) it'll recruit the upper traps at the top of the lateral raise movement when you hold it on the top at about 90 degress abduction of the shoulder.

my weight fluctuates around 97-99kg but i can see changes at my tri, chest, pecs. can feel the calf and quads are growing. waist line reducing

BUT ONE THING, my man boobs and chest is still around. upper chest is more defined though -.-

need more cardio i guess
