QUOTE(darklight79 @ May 17 2010, 03:52 PM)
If you can go 5 times a week, I go
Mon chest
tues back
wed legs
thurs shoulders
fri arms

4 times a week, add arms to shoulder day OR
mon chest and bi
tuesday legs
wed back and tri
fri shoulders

3 times a week,
chest, shoulders and bi
rest one day
back and tri
rest one day
legs
*
I find doing shoulders on the same day as legs works pretty well for me, for a 3-day split. Since on other days, my shoulders are pre-exhausted after either chest or back.

Bro, that's not much.

But anyway, if you're eating quality stuff, then its good. If you're loading yourself with crap, then obviously its bad.

From what you've described, it sounds like a small strain. Heat will do it good, along with good ol' rest.

Something's telling me to do 20-rep squats for next week's leg day. I'm gonna kill my legs. Lol.

I'm actually thinking of trying out the actual 20-rep squat programme for a couple of weeks to mix things up a bit. Any opinions on this, guys?

First day on the 20-rep squat program today. Bloody hell this shit is exhausting. I took so long to walk home from the gym afterwards. 6 more weeks of this torture to go. thumbup.gif

Dumbbell flyes, cable crossovers, etc.

And the shape of your chest is genetically determined.

hey guys, got a question here. prolly gonna get flamed by you guys though so bear with me tongue.gif

Has anyone experienced phobia with big db's? Cos I recently started lifting the biggest sized db's in my gym and truth be told, I honestly psych myself out when holding them. Now, I'm VERY VERY sure I can lift 72 pounders myself, 3 weeks already for the record but I will still need to have a spotter or I wont even consider lifting them at all. If this keeps up I'm pretty sure my poundages would lag behind. Any way to fix this?
*
Suck it in and own those DBs! flex.gif

Well, for one, you need a lot of money to afford loads of food and supplements. IMO, trainers are just to keep you on track and keep you going, it's up to you to get the work done.

On a side note, I just received my order for BCAAs (unflavoured). Biggest mistake I've ever made. Lol. They taste so bad.
