I think it was very close this year between Jay and Phil. But a fully deserved win for Jay in the end.

IMO it came down the the smaller details. I think Jay had a little better detail in the quads, hams and back. Don't think size was the biggest factor here because from what I can see, only Phil's shoulders were smaller. Phil and Jay are pretty much the same size, which I find really amazing on Phil's part, since according to their contestant bio's, Jay has a whole 50lbs on Phil.
Well, I'm nitpicking here, they're both are bloody awesome bodybuilders. This post has been edited by -Dan: Sep 27 2010, 11:09 PM |

Well, one serving is 5g and there's 200 servings in a 1kg tub. If you take one a day, that's a good 6 months worth of creatine.

QUOTE(IrNoob95 @ Oct 9 2010, 10:12 PM) Can i say weight lifting can make me parkour better ? And for the bodyshape as well . Parkour, is somewhat similar to gymnastics, where you need skill to perform well. Strength gains from weight training will help out, though. And no, it won't affect your height, UNLESS you injure yourself by using weights that are too heavy or if you lift with poor form.Edot : More importantly , will it affect my height ? |
