Your unit for gravitational acceleration is wrong, it should be meter per second per second. And it isn't possible cuz you are not in free fall (your hands are still grabbing the bar).

They have pay per entry there at TLC? I heard the membership is quite expensive. Kajang is rather far imo.

I rather bust my front delts with presses, front raises doesn't work for me. I use 10kgs for side laterals though.

Stop it with my ass pics man!

My presses are focused more on front delts rather than increasing overall mass in the shoulder. Still getting overall size and definition slowly though.

I used to do 1 warmup set, 3 work sets and 1 pump set for squats. Pump set was 60kg for 20 reps. Real killer. Maybe I should start that again lol.

15 is good. I go 10 to 12 usually. And you're training too many muscle groups in a day. High volume split training la.

I think in one of Gregg's interviews he said he never taken synthol before. He claims its useless. Other roids definitely.

I think you are training too much chest. You should hit your chest once a week, to the max. You shoudn't be able to push (press) not until at least another 4-5 days before training it again.

Close Grip Bench Presses? I think dumbbell fly actually works on the outer chest? But then again you train the chest as a whole.
