Yours would put more stress on the lower back cuz I noticed you were leaning quite forward. But if you weren't it would work your glutes and hams too. My style concentrates more on quads. Well thats better from a bodybuilder's pov cuz you want isolation I assume. Its kinda similar to hack squats.

Most prolly not this year. Next year definitely. I'm still trying to put on way more mass. I'll be going to watch Mr KL or Mr Selangor though.

Meals (8am):
Breakfast:
2 hard boiled eggs
4 peanut butter bread
milk with oatmeal

Teatime (10am):
2 roticanai / sandwich / hotdog bread (whatever sold in cafe)

Lunch (1 pm):
Chicken rice or chap fan

Dinner (6pm):
Chap fan or something else from hawker centre

Supper (when hungry):
Bread, HL milk sometime

Currently 19 yrs old, 181 cm & 55 kg.
Walk more than 40 minute per day to & from uni.
Home gymed.

Aim: Gain weight till 65kg & some nice looking but not too bulging muscles

At 181cm, 65kg will look like crap even if its all muscles. Try at least 85-90kg. More leg exercises.

I don't think anybody else here lifts more than 70lbs, let alone 90lb dumbbells lol.

I used to train with gloves (The standard MAXX one with the wrist supports) but then I got lazy to wear them. Found out its much better and natural for me this way (can feel the raw iron and muscle burn more). Got used to the callouses after a while. Loving the feeling.

Gosh I'm so energetic and pumped out after working out! HOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! flex.gif

Mine shows visibly at 13% and now I think my bf is like 16 or 17% d still got, but less visible though. But then thats just me lol. 14 more kg to go to reach target weight! I'll be a fatass by then.

Your partial deadlift has no ROM at all so its hard to tell, but it doesn't look like it would cause any back problems. You look like you weren't wearing undies btw.

Very little range of motion. To deadlift that weight is very easy from that starting point imo.

Shizz you can go max weight on that? You are strong man, I only go like 90 or 100. I prefer there than kaki gym cuz kaki gym has lots of those one hand machines I'm not used to. Yea its friggin hot there, they don't even on the fans in the afternoon. But then I take off my shirt halfway through my workout lol. Cannot tahan. I went there in the afternoon.
