4.70c work wonders now LOL.. it can get 24 hrs with speed that i can get 1 year ago =D better than traversal

yup, the new Emule with OB really superb

my 3 days straight with d/l speed of 50 kb/s got me 6+ GB

ops sorry is version 0.47c =P LOL

my average speed is around 50kbps while it can hit around 80kbps even in the afternoon where there is throttling exist.. =D OB feature rocks!!

congr8!! you two have good speed... got turn ON OB connections only?? i using OB connections only but still get 40+kbps with one client uploading for me xD

yea turn on OB and i left blank on the ONLY OB MODE.. =D

Need some help here. My eMule just won't upload any files other than the file i'm downloading. Also, it seems the port has been blocked. I'm not using any firewall, enabled port fowarding(i've change the port thrice now) and using bitdefender as antivirus.

This problem didn't happen before. I could upload and download as usual but now, i couldn't. Can someone help me wit this?

I'm using neo emule v4.20b.

How you said the port has been blocked? So, you got a High Or Low ID? May I know wheres your location, in hostel? or office? and may I know which server you connected?

BTW, if you're looking for protocol encryption, pls use the plain official released as recommended. It is much more easy to configure. OR you purposely want to try the Neo?

I've a router installed and i did port forwarding but when i try to run the port test at emule site, it failed. I do get High ID but dl and ul rate is slow. Home user here. I'm connexcted to Donkey Server No.2.


My cousin recommend me to use Neo Emule. That's why i've been using it. Never really tried out the official release.

If you can get a HighID, that mean everything is ok, just ignore the port test. Actually I forgot to ask you to show the IP of the server u connected to. There are fake DS server too. The "funny" thing is the HighID that server assigned to you is a fake too, IF you connect to one of these fake servers.

Nvm, is just my guess. You can check the first post of this thread, there a guide provide by Fariz, and a list of verified servers.

If you're new to eMule, then use the officials release. Download the installer and make a clean install. IF can, ask your cousin switch to the official release too. Since officials have its own "protocol encryption" method already.

Bout Neomule, I don't have any problem here. But you know, there are a lots of options in Neo, so it is hard to tell which settings you configure wrong, as you claims your dl and up rate is slow. Need some time to figure out. Anyway, if you don't have any special reason to, I personally suggest you to use the plain version, not go for Mods. Of course, that's up to you.

EDIT: Should not compare ISP Traversal with Protocol Obfuscation, both are different, but they doing the same job. Neo not effective coz is not wide spread enough.

i couldn't open the dat file la.. swt.. i couldn't even connect.. i dono whats the problem..... nothing in the log.....

You can edit the file (staticservers.dat) with Notepad.

1. Port forwarding OK?
2. Go on Obfuscation (Options>Security>Protocol Obfuscation>).

my eMule download speed suddenly drop from this noon ... it was fine b4 that (top speed) ....

it keep connecting to those server, and most of them are full .... it never happen b4 ....

my eD2K Network Status is Connecting ...



anyone has this problem ?

btw, using 0.47c ... port forwarding ok ... i have try reconnected restart everything ...

hey...same problem here. I think something wrong with the server.
It appears all dead.

'test connection' shows that my connection is rejected by emule. >_>
don't tell me they banned malaysian IP(again)?

at last, the servers are back ...

how come I see two donkeyserver no2 now?
one can connect, the other cannot.

even connected, searching produces very little results of theres even any.

...and then 'lost conneection from server'
