skma, since how long your eMule has been "down" until got back to normal this morning ? I am located in Sungai Besi, KL. my eMule was "down" since 17th March onwards, and did start downloading file again early this morning, the speed at around 15-25KB. Just want to find out if the slowness due to the outage of International Link or TMnet has started throttled P2P traffic. Anyone who was has been facing eMule downloading difficulty may please let us know what is the status now since at lease I and skma's eMule is starting downloading. Your input is very important to us for reference.

Razorback 2.2 onwards are spoofs and are maintained by RIAA to catch illegal filesharers. The real ones are Razorback 2 and Razorback 2.1 (both are dead) Use this address for latest list: http://corpo.free.fr/server.met

Can't get it running. Probably some conflict with my setup I think. Still using emuleplus 1.2 at the moment. But I saw that the neo mod has got encryption feature to bypass ISP block. Hmm...anyone with good results?

as far as I know to use eMule Mod behind router, here are ports you need to forward to your local PC.
In Normal - Connection 1. standard TCP Port 2. standard UDP Port 3. Kad - another UDP Port 3. Server - yet another UDP Port
In Neo - Neo Tweak - Support ISP Traversal 1. Choose Implicit 2. TCP Port - can be single port or a range of ports
which means all together you need to forward;
3 single UDP Ports 1 single TCP Port & a range of TCP Ports e.g. 14681-14689
I am still new to this new version, please correct me if the info provided here is wrong.
EDIT: Unzip the downloaded file to any place you want and double click the .exe to run. All you need to do is to point back the Temp and Incoming directory.
* Note : this version can support multiple Temp directory

- 1 is TCP - 2, 3, 4 are UDP - 5 is Implicit - 6 is a range of TCP ports since started using eMule Mod last Saturday (25th), I have downloaded more than 1GB+, compare to 100MB+ downloaded from 17th-24th, I would say it is already a big bonus to me. Attached thumbnail(s)
