TS shared video is indeed true.
The burst training is also true. With high heart rate after a burst exercise of 30-60 seconds non-stop and followed by 1-3 min of resting to let the heart rate go back to almost normal level and repeat will really burn the fat the remaining hours of the day and the day to come.

In fact, if stick to these 2 videos' principles and guides, one can achieve fat loss, weight lost and gain muscles along with a good set of diet meals/plans THAT you enjoy/like and maintain consistently for like 21 days straight and longer.

Burst training and HIIT training are almost similar except that HIIT usually involves more overall body parts and movements whereas burst training focuses 1 or 2 parts of body at most and repeat again for 2-4 times. Both training will bring up the heart rate.
Sometimes HIIT can be more challenging if u decided to have shorter rest period and carry on the next exercise.

And I had already stopped believing that I would have everything as in the picture. I've tried different complexes and challenges, but I like this one too, even though it's been so long. I will try it and see the result.

Yes, we need to do HIIT to burn fat. It is the fastest way to burn fat. But at the same time, we need to train our abs by doing leg raises, crunches and other abs exercises.. it takes a long time, with strict diet to get 6packs

A question. Let say the strenght training is set for 40-mins, is it best to do it one go, or is it okay to do it half-way, and continue some time later during the day?
