QUOTE(John91 @ Apr 13 2010, 10:49 PM) Tried smith machine squat today. Put my legs forward a bit (a slight lean back) so I can focus and push more with my quads. I find it more effective than the normal squat where I would use my ass so much more. thats why darklight has small ass. wakkaka... he uses smith. i remember him telling me, it will make hips grow bigger. =.= muahahah... i guess its damn true.

Getting Started

|
QUOTE(darklight79 @ Apr 13 2010, 11:18 PM) Strength go for powerlifting. Size, train the way me, Kmaru and the bodybuilding guys do. Lots of volume, reps, etc. Ok. Now my priority is my body size/shape. U are suggesting for me to train like BB guys. Go for lots of volume and reps. This is my first experience to go for BB training. Can I just adopting the Max-OT routine (the one that u posted) but changing it's number of reps, since the Max-OT use a positive failure and 4-6 reps per set?

Because your tricep workout will be weak as hell if you do chest work beforehand, as with back/bi.
