hi all, if i subscribed for the RM38/384 kbps at first and after few months of usage, i wish to upgrade it to 4mb. Am i entitle for the RM88/4mb?? or how much should i pay if i want to upgrade to 4mb??

so... changing to 2gb ram will void warranty or not?

not quite understand on how much shud u pay if upgrade.. after upgrade of course u are paying RM88 according to ur bill.. can upgrade.. but after promotion period upgrade can or not i'm not sure..

Hey guys, i've decided to apply for the unipack as well but i can't afford to terminate my streamyx line for weeks. Since my current homeline and streamyx is under my dad's name, i'm thinking of applying both new line and streamyx under my name and subsequently terminate my old houseline and streayx after i get my unipack. Its definitely possible rite?

The Streamyx Zone ID is same as our streamyx login ID, right?
that's why we only receive the hyppertunes Id & password in the TM webmail, right?

u know...after going thru all these post, i notice that many people face problems applying for this cooluni pack...

i wonder is it because that the netboook is free, then those Tm staff are slow in delivering their service..hoping that many people would miss it...so narrow minded these people...

It's because of lack of staffs. Each areas are assigned with a number of technicians only. If a lot of people suddenly subscribed in that area, of course it'll be slow.

Furthermore, the staffs at TMpoint normally prefer to submit the form in bulk. They won't instantly key in the data right after you submit. Much to their defense, a lot of people do that.
