The Streamyx Zone ID is same as our streamyx login ID, right?
that's why we only receive the hyppertunes Id & password in the TM webmail, right?

I'm subscribing RM 53 package (512 download, 384 upload)
When i test the speed, here's my result:

Is this normal? Or should I phone 100 to ask them cap a higher speed for me?

Here are my journey route from the applicaiton - netbook arrival

9 APR - ReSubmit Application form. (something wrong with the prev application, so have to resubmit again)


15 APR - Contractor came to install the fixed line. Paid RM 30

21 APR - Streamyx technician came to install streamyx and activate it.

23 APR - Got my netbook at 6.50pm. As the delivery man did not know where is my house, so i have to drive out to meet him and get the netbook myself at somewhere.

I wonder why the netbook is delivered so fast. it only takes 2 days after my streamyx activated.

They never contacted me via phone or email. This morning i phoned to HP and get my order number. then i check on9, the netbook was shipped yesterday to malaysia. juz now a guy phone me (i think he's from tiong nam) ask where is my house. after half hour, he came.

Is the phone rental fee waived? why thr is some forumer said if u make a call, then u'll be charged RM 26 rental fee?

but according to term n conditions, the rental will be waived! there did not written if u make call, u'll not be waived.
so, it's cheating!

anyone has received their phone first bill? did urs rental fee waived?

why is the warranty end at 11 June 2011?

I've got the netbook and the warranty of the netbook provided by HP is 1 year only. While the TM website written is 2 years.
So, how now?
TM is not only bad in service, somemore it's not honest at all!!!

if some ppl din check the warranty status, then after 1 year found their netbook got problem, need repair, when they go to claim the warranty from HP, I think that time would be a total mess!

Read through all the details on streamyx website ... WE PAY FOR IT!

Even though it's free, the service shouldn't be like that, make ppl wait for the installation, activation and the delivery ! If the efficiency is high enuf, all the applicant won't need to suffer by waiting! Because these lazy and inefficiency ppl, tat's y our country is deterioting.

Dont be satisfy easily, if we satisfy with what we're having now, there wont be improvement and probably next time when u're applying anything, u need to wait longer for the whole process to be done.
