why u need low temp thermo? ur car wont run at optimum power if the temp below 95c ... Waja temp will maintain at 100-105c exactly like Evo does.

lolz... if the thief wanted to steal your car is pro type, no matter what type of alarm or immobilizer also useless... alarm is just alert that something going on with your car... so the 2 way alarm is the most effective alert for our security (unless u act faster than the thief) so to slow down those pro thief is to install pedal lock. Pedal lock can be break by thief too, but only he got enuff time cos very hard to remove it. 2 way alarm + pedal is perfect pair to prevention.

ya the pedal lock is a good investment to slow down or delay the thief. How much to install it ? Is there any diff in the brands for this ah ?

oh yeah sam, why is your locktact so cheap? is it locktact, locktac or what? because i been this shop selling locktact for RM320 with installation

Coz last time i remember i pull out the thermostat the top cover gasket can stand long, not much leaking but suffer when tempreature drops like just on the engine....now even using perdana v6 drive high speed always got leaking..hopefully can get 70-72 Celcius will be fine..

I bought it at RM220 include installation single lock. Any brand will do the same job ba, unless it made from wood For alarm, u can try to find the connector from half cut shop ba.

The red colour one right ? ya i got it in my gti too ... i tried on my Waja but it seems cants stand still when i clip it into the braking pedal. Any tips ? lol

dont get what ure trying to say bro... leaking has got nothing to do with thermostat. Even if your thermostat opens that late like steven says, your fan is already preset to switch on at the temperature, no lower than that.

i use it on my clutch pedal. u dun need to pull until straight. sometimes i pull just enough so tht it lock. then i let it rest on the car seat. coz sometimes if u try to force it to stand. then when the thing drop, it will trigger the alarm...

What i mean is if i could get lower temp thermostat at least the water flow can be much better as the thermostat opens at lower temp, then can prolong abiet my head cover gasket.cannot tahan now every 6 months need to change it..huhu

Lolz.... harden steal or not, they are difficult to saw it due to limited space. Pedal lock divide to different car model & transmission de. AT will jam your brake, for MT will jam brake & clutch  
ehh. your type seem different wor.. My lock type very neat, just pull till lock, & it stay & jam the brake pedal.

cant get the thing to stand perfectly everytime ma.. sometimes u lock diff place.. or the carpet in the way.. will effect how much u can pull the thing.

Even with ur current thermostat, your head gasket shouldnt be giving way that soon. Head got skim? Gasket original? Workmanship ok?
