I have no problem on the waiting time on the fabrication as well, just getting annoyed on the part whereby I did many follow-up with them and I didn't hear from them.

Not sure who you liaise with, but for my case, Ivy handled my orders and she was quite prompt. Just give her a call and message every now and then, I trust she will follow up them diligently.

I guess they have too many requests to attend to cos they dint even rush me for final payment lol but of cos i settled the balance even they din ask and informed them after that . They are not the cheapest but at least reasonable . No regrets

I have sent them e-mails, text and phone calls in the last few days ago and no respond. I provided the exact measurement and just need a quote. Was supposed to call me to confirm my appointment to take measurement and they didn't even call, e-mail or text. Very inefficient and looks like they have too much business. So, I am going to go with another company.

Someone finally understand what I'm talking about...
anyhow they finally replied me and I've paid my deposit, hopefully things work out fine. I really don't like chasing others for things. But I guess they're good, just that there's really tooooo many business due to festive season.

Good sign, time to hire more ppl...

I dealt with both Ivy and Kiki recently, ok no problems. I even had to trouble them to come twice to measure

My job was less than 1k too, suppose to wait two weeks for production but end up wait one week only. Today they came for installation. Happy with the work done but then the place is not mine so maybe I cincai sikit.

I'd rather wait for someone who can deliver a good job than paying for cheaper alternatives.
The ID at my condo quoted me much cheaper, 500 diff but I don't like their job, plus no powder coating and the angle bar ...

I was quoted cheaper too by the ID at my condo but i dint choose him although he said the completion time just need a week compare to threekim about 3 weeks . I believe in the end it would take longer bcos he still need to sub the job to others and follow up .

Yea,and normally ID and contractors would sub these grills out to others. The condo ID gave me such a bad impression, the works are not up to standard after visiting one of the units being done ...

I would like to seek advice from fellow forummers. If my unit is on 23rd floor but there is a small ledge after the balcony railing, is it recommended to fix grill anyway at balcony sliding door or not necessary? The ledge is approx 4 inches and it goes around the building. My unit and next door balcony is side by side. Do you think that it is possible someone can step on the ledge and climb over?

That's pretty expensive .i was only quoted RM17 for door grille and rm12 for windows grille.....with good reputation company...

How do we know by physical & visual inspection that the contractor have applied anti oxide primer and 2 time powder coat ?

They can on paper but can we inspect when see the goods ?
