Dear sifu(s),

I was quoted RM 896 for 31 sqft grille door. hollow+powder coat+solid flat bar+handle lock set. is it pricey? Might need your advice for the price.

I am using it right now for my condo.

Pros:

. Minimalist design and serve the purpose

Cons:

. Super hard/impossible to clean your windows. My 5 years stay in my condo and i only clean it once. tongue.gif You can request for the panel to be flexible thou - can open/close.
. Dust/Dirt traps at the gaps between the grille and window panel. Have to vacuum regularly.

Spoke to them over messages today. Pricing seems to be very decent and as per their fb photos, their workmanship looks good too. Guess I will be using them

For iron grille, door or gate, please ask for thickness of material. Nowadays lot of thin materials out there with promotions price. Don't get cheated. For gate or front door, if anyone of you keeping a dog, it's better to use stainless steel materials as dog urine may corrode those iron in short time.

Hmm, no doubt on their work but seems that their reply is a bit too slow.
Takes at least 2-3 weeks for installation upon payment.
Maybe my business too small, when I wanted to confirm on some minor changes to request for a final quote, email and whatsapp them also no reply.

Any other contacts besides three kim please? I'm sick of chasing them. Don't tell me I will hv to do the same after I make payment.

Yeah it might take 2 -3 weeks for upon payment but to me its worth waiting .
Great service by them for fixing the grille at my new investment condo . I was so busy during that month they even came to collect the key from me and then pass back to me when it was done. There was some problem with condo's management as well during the first time of installation process and this causes them to come at 2nd time without complaining . My transaction was just less than RM1k which considered small too .

Yeah, totally agree with you. The waiting time is expected and unavoidable. You cannot expect them to deliver by just giving them a couple of days to complete. Well, you probably can but quality will be a concern.

Just my 2 cents.

its reasonable to expect 1-2 weeks for fabrication, i have no problems with that. i'd be more concern if they could fabricate them in days... quality would be a concern then..

I agree in the waiting time for installation.
In fact my transaction is more than 2k, but I don't know why they didn't bother to follow-up with me despite many follow-ups being done on my end. Maybe they've gotten more popular due to lowyat now and they have too many request to attend to.
