for rm1mil.. i'd buy nikkor af-s 600mm f/4 n use on my D40.. juz to see how ppl would react tongue.gif

d700 is way better for hobbyist in full frame levels minus the low pixels

maybe its my bag, d90+grip 2 lens + flash can really give me back pain sometimes.

carrying it most of the time around the streets is terible because i dont dare to put it down.
Just had buffet at jogoya , starhill yesterday - carrying my bag go there and here.

70-300mm might be can, but this lens is manual focus on D3000

I guess that's the time for something short like 17-50 f/2.8 and a speedlight only biggrin.gif. With a small bag like Crumpler MDH6.

Wrong thread? If you were to ask about EOS in a Nikon thread, I doubt you will get a good answer rolleyes.gif .

Just my 2 cents, I think it would look better if you could see the glass completely (bottom was cropped in this image) and also the arm on the right hand side taken away. Overall its alright.
