He said these areas had not been able to enjoy the programmes as it was not economically practical to set up communication infrastructures. “The transmission through satellite is more practical when compared to telecommunication stations,” he added. If can't get HD, upscaled HD is fine. Just how Astro is "able" to upscaled bad PQ channel (Media Prima TV)?
