iPhone is a trend. but seriously why Samsung wants to follow iPhone's ass..

i like the specs, i used omnia last time and liked it very much.. but i feel down when thinking my iPhone friends will say " ur phone tiru iPhone huh?" while behind the design this galaxy is way way way better than iPhone!

omg, i know the screen is great and the spec too, this is so much like a almost complete rip off from iphone.. too alike. the UI and the device itself.. iphone users will probably laugh at this saying it's a clone, like those china iphone.. =( sort of make android appears even more like a clone for iphone =(

oh yah if u watch the video carefully, u will notice the transition animation speed and the finger, and even the shaky hand holding the phone is shaking a bit fast.. i think they made the video a bit fast forward to accomodate the video length, but the phone is probably not as responsive as it seems, e.g. the aldiko ebook, from the seemly fast forwarded video is already taking a second of loading time - can be even longer in real life... =(

r u sure?? How if it's true that this phone is truly responsive??
Anyway, the phone that they tested on is not an official one.. So, expect for a great improvement through the real official model..
And don't be like X10.. At last they're using andoid 1.6 which's for now, I don't know how much "faster" than Froyo... doh.gif

However, they also stated that the phone seems never runs out of memory. Maybe 256MB RAM is indeed enough for the I9000 Galaxy S.
Will the phone available in Malaysia? I think only maxis carry the Samsung Galaxy, and the Galaxy Spica seems not available in Malaysia also.

Yeah, probably a bad typo or wrong info received. GSM Arena made mistakes before so I'm not surprise it'll be fixed in due time. 256MB is really low for a phone. Just check Milestone and you will understand what I mean. In my opinion, at least 384MB, better if you have 512/576MB.

Yup, it appears their prerelease version reported the amount of RAM inaccurately and the marketed ready Galaxy S will have 512MB RAM.
