you wanan rent for 2k studio or not?

you only wanted to buy... if I fork out 2k for rental, mind as well just buy it.. 350k subwsales now around 1.5k monthly instalments thumbup.gif

stop renting 2nd milk also need to move out.
can move on cari another milk. rent another new place.

As long as can cover my monthly installment is good enough for me bro. Rm2k/month in the future is possible in my opinion. Why not? What makes u think that it's not possible?

not to say not possible, but studio..

I know investors normally cover the loans using rental.. so if rental = installments, hmm why not buying..

furthermore, competition there is stiff... so many high rise... studio in my view too small for a family and too expensive for single..

unless the commercial/office there is very boom, kind of hard for ppl to park in 2k for rental in studio..well as of now, 1500 can get KL new highrise, 4 roomer or 3 roomer at least

2k for studio in c180, might be a bit difficult now. Rental to cover loan shouldn't be a problem in this area. I don't agree the theory that if rental=loan, people buy instead of rent.

Thanks for the advice thumbup.gif . One of the reason to buy there is also because I'm staying nearby therefore
Quite familiar wif the place. Really quite happening now compared to 1 year ago. In my opinion since the opening of aeon selatan really bring up the surrounding area. Hopefully it will continue

sorry to say RM2k/month is almost impossible even for the next 5-10 years.

The reason is simple, rich people who can simply pay RM2000 for rental won't rent studio because they will have better choice like condo/ landed...poor people wont afford to rent 2k/month

Just my personal opinion. No offence. notworthy.gif
