Bro, comparing Harvey Norman prices and other retail prices, the Monster cable sold in LYN is more likely less than 45% of or half-price i would say.
I've also encountered people selling in Mudah.my for below RM200. So are these cables fake as well?
How do you consider cables are fake? Even fake cables function as genuine rite?
I've also seen Monster cables sold in SQ at very unbelievable cut-throat price. Probably you're the best person to answer since your selling the cables for almost 60% off.
Not having a go at you alright, just concern and want to clear doubt..

The Monster cables I'm getting are directly from US. It's a factory closeouts and wholesaler stocks. Absolutely genuine.
That's the reason why, I don't carry the latest Monster cable models, as it's not yet a closeouts stocks.
Monster cable in local retails are absolutely overpriced, even the same model I am carrying. Their overheads are greater as most of them operate in big shopping complex and with big workforce. I only trade online and minimal overheads. That's where I can lower down my price.
If you ask me, paying so much for fakes, might as well get al-cheapo cable for a fraction of the price, right? It's about the same quality.
The 2 models which is the high risk of counterfeits are M2000 & M1000 HDMI. I did communicate with those China wholesalers, and they admit it's high grade copy of the cables. If you order in bigger bulks, they can even lower the price more. Imagine they sell @ USD19 for M2000 HDMI cable and still make profit. So you can figure more or less their cost for each cable.
Price does not completely determine the genuinity of the cable. Just judge yourself by the seller reputation, price and past customer's records. It will give you an indication and make that decision for youself. If the seller only sell M1000/M2000 HDMI cable, then you need to becareful.
I've been trading Monster cables since 2008. You can read my customer's testimonials and number of cables on sale.
I list down all my customer's id in my threads, so that you can directly pm them for feedback.
