Hey man how are you? my 5x5? going well. another 17 kg to gain! Well i'm quite free now that's why I have the time to prepare my own meals. I'll be starting my classes in 2 weeks. So probably I'll have to eat out for lunch on the days where I have classes. But dinner I can prepare at home. Snacks like nuts you can always bring along. Milk? you can get that anywhere.

QUOTE(Jian88 @ Mar 27 2010, 10:03 AM) Can i know what brand of milk u choose? If you plan to follow GOMAD, drink full cream milk. I used to take dutch lady full cream milk, but because i'm lactose intolerant, I switched to HL milk which is low in lactose. If you aren't lactose intolerant, take full cream milk. Because HL milk is low in fat. I don't think there's any full cream milk which is low in lactose. hahaha... =.= ok let me explain. hope i can. =.=
5 reps means, buat lima kali. 5 sets means 5 set. each set u do 5 reps. so in total 5 sets = 25 reps. get it? how heavy to lift or squat? u should do as heavy as u can do 5 reps for each set. means on the 6th rep or so, u barely have enough energy to complete 6th rep.
F=failure... means do until u cannot do. =.=

In a nutshell, eat heavy and lift heavy. I've yet to see someone do that and somehow remain stick thin.

If the weight is still idle, then we add on summore calories, at some point, the particular individual would put on weight unless he/she has cacing pita or some oth disease. I was from 67kg 183cm to 95kg heaviest... so i believe calorie in, calorie out.
