ONLY using machine is typically not encouraged unless you're rehabilitating from injury.
Pick up a dumbbell or barbell or sandbag or kettlebell or seldgehammer or BFR 2000(a major fitness discovery by Dan John. X^D) or something heavy. |

QUOTE(jackylow_86 @ May 3 2010, 12:27 PM) i heard from ppl...izzit nd to follow this combination for workout ? Almost.1. chest + biceps 2. back and leg 3. triceps and sholder and abs ? izzit do all this in each day ?any ppl help ? Thats body part split based on days. Eg: Monday - Chest & bicep Tuesday - Shoulders Wednesday - Back and triceps Thursday- Leg and abs Thats just an example. As a beginner you may not need to do body part splits. you could do full body work as well. I was listing out the different parts fo the body cos you just didnt know whats there to begin with. So instead of everyday doing just chest, chest, chest, abs, chest, abs, chest, abs and bicep and neglecting all else. you do back, leg, chest, shoulders, arms, abs. get it? |

Can you, like, friggin' go read Max OT or Stronglifts 5x5, then choose one and just follow it (they are in the pinned thread by Darklight and the Link-o-rama).
They are simple, effective and they produce good results. Better than asking irritating "izzit this, izzit that" sort of questions and not getting answers. Your thread and discussion would be more productive if you have some basics knowledge. It makes answering your questions easier. This post has been edited by iamyuanwu: May 4 2010, 06:40 PM |
