Dude, I was like you, thinking that I eat a lot. Until I started reading and learning more about gaining weight. Then I changed my diet completely. I never skipped meals I eat 6 times a day, I count my calorie and protein intake. Take plenty of lean meat, fruits and vege. I've sacrificed my mamak outings with my friends, but seriously it was worth it.

I gained 9kg in 3 months, from 54kg and now I'm 63kg. And I didn't even take any supplement.

Hey man how are you?

my 5x5? going well. another 17 kg to gain!

Well i'm quite free now that's why I have the time to prepare my own meals. I'll be starting my classes in 2 weeks. So probably I'll have to eat out for lunch on the days where I have classes. But dinner I can prepare at home. Snacks like nuts you can always bring along. Milk? you can get that anywhere.

Can i know what brand of milk u choose?
*
If you plan to follow GOMAD, drink full cream milk. I used to take dutch lady full cream milk, but because i'm lactose intolerant, I switched to HL milk which is low in lactose. If you aren't lactose intolerant, take full cream milk. Because HL milk is low in fat. I don't think there's any full cream milk which is low in lactose.

hahaha guess protein on milk is less than whey lol. its like darklight says, real meal > supplements all the way

But how much calories can you get from whey compared to milk.
