We all know warranty is important fren,which is why those who share their experiences here bought from SH bucz SH FREE 1yr warranty. BUT,what we were trying to let ppl know is, whenever our AV products got problems during FREE warranty period, SH turn their heads away & we were asked to pay for service repair charges.(not all SH maybe). & if i m not mistaken, those EXTRA warranty that we need to pay to get additional yrs of warranty, is ACTUALLY BETTER.Why?bcuz we pay little in advance, if one day our LCD rosak kao kao, we dont hv to pay thousands!

those warranty that we PAY got policy documents i think.
Juz sharing ppl~ my cousin's case that i mentioned earlier ; he paid RM1780 after discount to repair his LCD panel bought from SQ/SH,under FREE warranty yr(2nd yr)!

He cant listen to SH/SQ bullsh*ts anymore since the LCD rosak few mths alrdy,called many party pun tak guna !We all know he can top up buy new set with that price, but my cousin said he alrdy spent 6K plus when he 1st bought the LCD, takkan buang aje!
If my cousin buang his faulty LCD, i might consider repair it for myself..
