QUOTE(64bit @ Dec 11 2008, 11:15 AM) i think no need... cuz some people said burning is like u wearing ur shoes.. first maybe u feel somekind of tight ..but after somtimes it become more convinient isit?so i believe once u fully burn regardless u leave it for few years ..... reburn not required..cuz their already achive thier stable state... but maybe if u want just a little warm-up should do... |

I been using the Philip Headphone SHP895 and Ear-in SHE9600...
Ear-in went into the water cyclone machine, and came out in pieces... As for the SHP890 the plastic area just below the head cushion cracked, both side... So now im thinking of getting the latter ver which is Headphone SHP8900 and ear-in SHE9700... Just wondering is there any better brand than these 2 around the same budget or mayb higher if require... Cos i only used those headphone before, so dunno any other better brand around... |

Currently i just let it play through my playlist.. Is that correct? like feeding it with various sound signature like classics, orchestral, techno, rock or u can use pink noise... then let it rest for 8 hours b4 continue so that the drivers have enuff rest and they r properly formed up but dont turn to volume more than 50% ler sure something will happen to yur headset or source.... |

QUOTE Canalphones Professional canalphones (also known as "in-ear monitors") were originally developed for professional audio by Marty Garcia in the early 1980's and designed to be placed inside the ear canal, positioning them closer to the eardrum than other types of headphones. They have excellent isolation quality (up to 32 dBs) because they fit in much the same way as earplugs. Isolation from canalphones is generally superior to that provided by active noise cancellation mechanisms. Hearing aids are a type of canalphone. This means that Canalphones are better than Noise Canceling headphones? I'm looking at Sony MDRNC22B http://www.sony.co.nz/products/product.jsp?sku=MDRNC22B I'm guessing its the best of both worlds as it is a In Ear Noise Canceling headphone. I prefer this due to the airplane jack as well. |

QUOTE(sep90 @ Jan 12 2009, 03:20 PM) well u let it also keep on running for 24 hours... But if you have a mixer in your house i think burn process will be better. no need to worry about your machine blow up or overheat, i burn in my headphone using my mixer to do that every time after 100 hours only reach one hour for the machnie sometime up to 200 hours..i highly doubt yur player or yur headset will masuk icu..... |
