let it burn for 4 hours to 10 hours each day by playing some of yur music
like feeding it with various sound signature like classics,orchestral,techno,rock or u can use pink noise...
then let it rest for 8 hours b4 continue so that the drivers have enuff rest and they r properly formed up
but dont turn to volume more than 50% ler
sure something will happen to yur headset or source....

well u let it also keep on running for 24 hours...
i highly doubt yur player or yur headset will masuk icu.....
