Doesnt affect. Impedance means hw hard is the earphone to be driven. The lower the better to drive.

Means drive. If a 32ohm earphone compare to a 250ohm earphone, 32ohm is easier to drive even using a portable device like ipod, no amp are required. For 250ohm, an amp is needed to drive because of the high impendance, without an amp, it will be nt loud enough.

Sifus.. pardon me if im posting in the wrong section but i need some help from u guys.. Im curious is it worth it for me to invest on good quality IEM to pair with my bluetooth stereo headset ( Jabra BT3030) ? I've heard bluetooth do decrease the sound quality transmitted from its source due to its nature of being wireless and with some interference.. So hope you guys can help coz if the respond is positive i might wanna upgrade my EP630..

Rank it em... SP1(RM180-200)<>JBL Reference 220(Rm60-100)>Shure(Rm200-250). Nvr try PL50 so no comment on it. Actually I prefer JBL over SP1 coz it's more balance, however, if u like bass, SP1 will definitely be ur choice coz its bass is strong. For sentimental songs, I'll choose JBL over SP1.

Haha, good SQ ma, but philips hmm, doesn't seem to be very popular when it comes to high end. More exp one will be Shure(1.8k?) westone UM3x/3(1.6k?)Sennheiser IE8(1.4k?) xD

Hi everyone. Wondering if anyone can recommend me a wireless headphone for about RM900? I think the SQ of wireless is poorer but I would prefer it due to convenience and independence of movement. Greatly appreciated. Mostly playing from notebook.

Just curious, what's the lifespan of a normal headphone and earphone? How long can we normally use them until it gives up?

P/S: 320kbps vs 256kbps(VBR) which has btr quality?

Depending on the usage la, some of them last more than 5 years and it is still kicking.
