Need some help here,

My N97, slide Lock panel came off/ missing,
Is there any way to repair it? Does any one know how much Nokia Center charge to repair it? (out of warranty already)

Does anybody use some sort of Touch Slide Lock? software that work similar to the panel side lock?

as for the touch slide lock software, you can try "ThinkChange nUnlock" or "SPP.SlideUnlock"

can try Slideunlock, using it since i bought my phone, so far so good.

Not really. He agree to allow me to resell his application. As a starter, he let me sell the nUnlocker first. If it is good( which wasn't), he would allow me to resell more of his application.

I have tried ask Nokia Center, They quote me RM140...erkk...., I also went to 5 different mobile outlet in Ampang. 4 outlet stated don't have spare part for the item, 1 outlet want RM200 complete with new housing.

nevermind bro, I got myself another application SlideUnlock V2.20.. using it now temporary till I manage to get the Side Lock button fix.

Its a spare part from broken N97. that shop kept all the parts & do mobile phone repairing.

yes, N97 camera have auto focus, picture is considered ok for camera phone for me..you can check the image sample here

and yes, N97 have gps support, i used Garmin on my previous N97..Ovi Maps also ok

All Nokia phones with the Carl Zeiss lens sure have auto focus. Otherwise, it does not make sense why Nokia want to provide special lens but refuse to provide auto focus.

guys,need help to free some memory on my C:Phone Memory. Its barely left 1MB left.
I install all my apps to E:Mass Memory, only few MB on Phone Memory.

It suppose to have 70MB in total, i wonder how much memory the system take.shud be not that much right.

What memory size u guys having now on C:Phone Memory?

Help needed pls.TQ.

Still kinda low i think.
Any other tips?

I checked my application mgr, all aps are in Mass Memory except for Whatsapp as i cant designate the install location, but it only consume 4MB.and email,2MB.

i have some problem here. my nokia n97 mini recently just updated the newest ovi map but the streets all gone. so they ask me to download the streets at ovi store but i couldn't download it successfully. they say some server problem. i've tried million times but still failed. anyone have a good solution? please and thanks...

HELPP.. where is my back up go?
i do backup using Ovi Suite then make Deep Reset *#7370#
then when i want to Restore the content its not there.. adoi..
where Ovi store the backup file? its suppose to be .nbu rite? i dun find any..

my backup is located at My Document --> Ovi Folder --> Backup Folder..should be the same with yours

ahh finally found it! restoring is a success.

now i got 26MB left on my C:Phone Memory after do Deep Reset (found instruction on page 1).

well its better than 1-3MB like before.

26MB not good enough..mine was 60MB after reboot..
