So the winner is bobby? Congrats! yesterday a bit tired but fun. try all ways to slow down car but still jump out of track. what kind of setup for the track yesterday? 4 mass dampers heavy or 6 mass dampers? any rubber brake? front only or back only. Can bobby share your car setup?

I notice the track yesterday can go very fast. but i try to slow it down using old battery still cannot make it stay on track. after the jump and then corner i am unable to make it all the time.

i already put four rollers in front but still cannot get a proper grip on track.

How u guys modify your car? Just a glance on what is the track setup will have a good setup? or usually try an error until the car get the fastest timing and still stays on the track? More uphill need brake in-front or more downhill need brake at the back?

i think i know why my car cant perform yesterday... apai sabo my car.. hahahahhah...

bobby glance at track already know the setting. hehehe..

meanwhile i think u can get some ideas here

trial and error to get the correct setting ,

anyway did you check and see whether the front roller has the angle or not ?

There is angle..the normal one should be 3 degree down thrust. I think i will buy one extra part that can add additional 1 degree or 2 for down thrust.

nice car choy and bobby.. but i hav a question, i remember reading sumwher in V7 tat hanging damper no longer applicable this yr onwards.. correct/enlighten me if im wrong as i hav been away for quite sum time thou.. thanks in advance..

yeap. i borong what ever i can. tapi tak cukup gak. so,today on the mission again,cari part tamiya. hari ni gerak toycity 101,mines,klcc and kedai tamiya lama kat kajang. guess i jumpa apa? the remaining of old stocks toycity 101 ngan mines. kat kajang tinggal beberapa part tamiya,yang lain daisheng nyer. pastu, dpat borong cover clear winning bird ngan astute. last-last,balik gak kat TU tadi beli avante ngan hyper dash pro. bateri oxyride tadi ada nampak kat ocean plaza warisan. harga tak payah citer. baik beli rechargeable.

aku suggest ko stick dengan TU je cari barang. most of the time the parts they stock up is more than enough to build a competition ready car.
plus since we are going to race at TU anyway, i think its good practice to pledge our loyalty to them with regards to our mini4wd purchases wherever possible. to show support lah

lap timer kat daisheng ada lagi.,speed checker pun ada. kat mines tak perasan tapi banyak lagi aksesori ngan track item. bukan tak nak beli kat TU,pasal selalu gi TU,banyak part korang dah borong dulu,tu pasal hari tu aku gi TU,aku beli banyak banyak walaupun keta aku dua biji jer. pastu,aku masuk pakai chassis lama. kat TU banyak stok utk ms. korang jgn salah faham,aku masih akan datang beli part kat TU bila ada kelapangan cuma yang frust tu pasal tak dapat beli enjin sampai sekarang ni. yang aku cari kat toycity tu ,cam korang kata,rare item. jangan risau,kalau bukan aku,awek aku akan tetap ke TU utk mengsurvey item baru yang pasti akan aku purchase.
