Do u guys use after market cooler to cool down nb & sb? or just use default mobo hsf? i notice the nb & sb quite hot when OCing. i'm thinking on getting 1 after market hsf to OC my incoming PII 555+. Hehehe. anyone wanna letgo theirs?

i belip azilazwa was talking about the NB and SB of the mobo which is not the same
some ppl do use 3rd party cooler on NB...but me just have a good airflow is enough.. since i only increase very small amount of NB volt and rarely touch the SB volt..or just put some 40mm fan on it..kekekee

i guess and hope the older mobo still can unlock with the ACC...since the swith/bio unlocking is just to replace the ACC...

wah u guy just blow the NB with 40mm fan? me cannot... temp to high.. have to use hardcore cooling... iam struggling with temp, since my mobo abit congested lol

u r rite. I was talking bout the NB & SB of the mobo. So, it is normal that it is HOT as long as we didnt increase to much voltage rite? I'm still waiting for my proc + mobo. sigh~

i never cool down actively the SB since most of it blocked with GC card...but NB yes...so far as i remember, cooling down the NB not improving the OC milage (i might be wrong tho)
so if rajin, i put some fan..if malas...i let it be since NB not so easy to get burn (since less cause of faulty is NB compared to MOSFETS)...kekekeke...

Yeah..My NB darn hot i just ignore it - -..
Maybe around 70C already ..

hmm.. the mobo is Asrock Extreme. This is the second times I read X4 Thuban can be unlocked with Asrock Extreme. I hope my incoming mobo also can unlock! haih~
