how bout handwriting for ABC ?

i just bought my htc legend few days back,,,but having some problem with the battery life...it doesnt even last for 1 day...if anyone could give any idea on what to do pls...

Update from 6/23/2010:
HTC has denied through his PR agency, that there will be two weeks in an operating system update for the Desire and the Legend. The statement is based on a misunderstanding. It is certain that the HTC Hero will receive in the next two weeks, his update to Android 2.1. In the update for the HTC Desire remains vague and will deliver an update to the third quarter. If and when the Legend to upgrade to get Android 2.2, you do not know yet.

Dear all Legend users, i got some prob here...when i bought the legend with the 2GB microSD card installed, i'm able to scroll the menu/icons smoothly. But after i changed the microSD card to 16GB, i felt that when i scroll the menu/icons or widgets, it's a bit laggy...

Does anyone know what happened? Any settings which i need to reset after changing a memory card? Thx.

Maybe due to the content in the SD card?

Does anyone dropped their Legend before? I'm very afraid when I use it, can't find any casing for this phone.

Addendum:

One thing that I forgot to even address here is that memory works a bit differently in linux than it does in Windows. In general the way memory works is you really only need as much as you plan on using. So if your combined running programs use 100mb of memory, 150mb is more than enough. There is no need to clear what’s running in memory before you hit that 150mb cap. Now in Windows it seems that the system performs a bit better when you have less stuff in memory, even if it’s not full. No doubt those who have been on computers for a while will remember there used to be programs that could clear your memory in Windows also.

i wanna ask, i have some issues with my HTC Legend since the first few days of using it... now its already a month and i'm still facing more and more problem... could this be a software bug or hardware issue?

1. the screen is unusable after making a long call that makes the phone hot...
2. When i rapidly click the menu button, the menu becomes the decrease volume rocker where by when i click the menu button, it will cause my full blast ringtone to become vibrate only and start to vibrate my phone non stop
3. When the vibrate things happen, i restart the phone, as the moment i restart the phone, it goes into one colourful screen where theres a fastboot, clear storage and so on...

Please help me, should i take back to DiGi to claim warranty??
