i see the FAQ
it said....DECT phone is applicable for new subscription and upgrading
DECT phone will not be given for upgrading within blockbuster deals package
at 1st they say applicable thn they say they won't give...what's this mean???

Free Dect wil be given for Upgrade(From basic package/Combo wifi@home or other non blockbuster deal package upgrade to other blockbuster deals packages), it wil nt be given for upgrade within blockbuster deals package.

On purpose since can save money on maintaining their system plus customer donnu , TMnet untung, else customer complain they remove the charge. TMnet veli smart, now u belip.

Thats why we can't stop their monopoly. You tell me, boom 10Billion to stop them, no way, they have the "MONOPOLY". We just can't stop them abusing... on the spot.

contract is 12 month
transfer will not do anything like reset the contract....as long as u didn't terminate
they would gladly transfer for u

just applied upgrade to the 4Mbps blockbuster deal
they say need 3 days before they come
need to wait 3 days so long?

i applied last thursday.. phone line installed on friday.. streamyx gonna be activated tomorrow..

last time i apply for COMBO 4MB ..rm160 ..say everything free

then later u got "activation fee" .. and also deposit for the phone line,they only took 2mins to "activate" my line by setting username password ... then tell my ahso .. complete.. .. without even giving me the modem ...

when i call the technician and ask why no modem , they say they will sent one over. but never come ... now i complain, they say .. last time you already sign the form.

so i'm sure they will be hidden charges... if i not mistaken , my total cost was about RM700 for the 1st month ..

RM160x2 *ADVANCE 2 MONTHS*
RM100++ *Phone line deposit*
RMXX *activation fee*
RMXX *phone line installation*

cannot recall anymore fees

that's why u have to read T&C
the blockbuster deal already stated there "Zero entry fee until further notice"
meaning if u apply now...thn no need to pay all those "fees"

erm......anyone know do streamyx support Vista Impiana (Bukit Jalil) apartment ?

still got la..

need to pay 2x1st month bill, Rm 10 stamp duty, Rm 30 technician wiring, RM 75 phone line deposit....

i wonder where they came up with zero entry fees... in the end, still need to pay so much..

u have to read the T&C
those wiring and phone line deposit is for NEW application
for me that is upgrading from current 1Mbps...no need to pay anything entry fee

any idea what brand of DECT phone is TM giving?
