The purpose of getting XFWs is to hack your v40 phone

previously there is a method for hacking v40 by flashing the rom

now the method is replaced by XFW?

weird, i cant send bluetooth files to my phone d. still v40 and dont tell me to update cuz my net is slowed down now. i keep getting the green line black screen thing. any other way besides updating fw? thnx

this is weird. i use my n82 i can send bluetooth but using 5800 i cant. erm wtf.... when i update to v40(in dec) i didnt test the bluetooth thing out...

hard reset maybe... or why not try making a folder called Received in memory card

Hi.. I just got myself one.. now want to install garmin in it.. wanna ask... these are the 3 files needed to install garmin xt?

i've checked out the forum that talks bout changing the caps to 20, managed to get the cert done but got certificate error when trying to install ...

then i tried uploading the hello ox2 sis file to OPDA and signed it and install, it work! so glad finally able to install all the apps!

guys..is it ok i continue to flash eventhough the original firmware that i download from fp contain only 6 item (34.2 MB)
..and when i overwrite the hacked rom into original, it overwrite all of them?

I needed help here, regarding the memory card locked problem.

First
- You need to hack your phone. Phone can't see the hidden folder.

Second
- Open X-Plore / Y-Browser file browser
- Go to C:\<phone memory> then find SYS folder
- Find next data folder, search the file name "mmcstore"
- Your MMC password located at here C:\sys\data\mmcstore\

I have a hacked phone, but since the memory card is locked, I cannot access E:\patches, and unable to set Open4All in ROM patcher. Is there any other solution for this??
