HelloOX 2 is not working on the latest firmware

i see, i'm using v31.0.101 firware, it doesn't work on this version?

when i connect usb cable to my phone connect to my laptop this is what happen.

Use the PC Suite from frontpage, it supports Windows 7, i just relinked a new version of PC Suite n OVI Suite..

i use pc suite mode. i dont have pc suite installed. only ovi software. do i need to use pc suite software? but previously it can be connected. after i upgrade to v41 firmware i cannot connect

Use pc suite cleaner, restart, reinstall, restart, retry, all method n downloads in fp
