I dont tink they ll blacklist u on d grnds of de SPR bd isu.. irrespective of whether u claim a replacmnt or refund.. in tis case its not ur fault at all.. d bd is faulty n seller mus make gud d  purchase contract.. anyway its bad publicity if ppl badmouth amz concernin tis.. so I tink theyll prbbly honor wat u want..

But on ppl takin advantage.. there is always de case.. I suppose 3rd world countries may make more claims then deemed true so in d end d co stops biznes there altogethr.. I know of at least Tower.com n Inet vdo which no longer ship to Mal.. but strangely if u buy/pay n ship to a US adrs then theyll sell it to u.. weird tat..
I tink amz prbbly hv a sofware to gauge a particular acnt is problematic or not .. maybe like for every 2 orders, there is a claim .. to me tat is veri fishy alrdy.. Anyway if indeed amz [or any online co] decides to blacklist when all we r doin is claimin wat is ritefully ours - meanin hvnt received pckg or discs cum scrtd/broken.. then so be it.. I ll stil claim when I deem fit..

Actually, I'm not just talking about the SPR issue only. I just want to talk about the replacenment and refund issue. I know Amazon do have very good customer service. I'm afraid there will be people abusing it. If you do have a genuie case of defective or lost shipment, you can complain to them about it and get your replacenment or refund. If there is a lot abusing, They won't blacklist these abuser. They will blacklist the country these abuser in. No more online shopping for blu ray. These will affect good buyers like us. There are a lot of online store who sell blu ray in the US, Not many willing to deal with us, Malaysian. These show how good malaysian trust are.

I think I know why Tower.com n Inet vdo willing to sell to you if you have them ship to a US address. To them, if you are staying in Msia, why would you want your shipment send to a US address. Unless, you are a malaysia staying in the US. That is the reason I could think off.

I hope no one here is offended by what I have said. I just don't want see something bad happen to true blu ray customer like us. Peace. wink.gif

Hmmm... didn't know about digital copy will expire after a certain period (duh...), I thought can use as and when you like it; as long it's in your possession. But then again, I guess it's a nice coaster after all... tongue.gif .

BTW, after re-checking my own TDK on the shelf... it is a 3-disc version and came with a slipcase wink.gif

I become addicted with digi copy since bought iphone tongue.gif

I read it somewhere it has expiry date as incentive for us to buy earlier. After all, in itunes store every digi copy is worth $15 IIANM. So you can redeem it first before making it as a coaster. Other option is everybody can donate me the disc and the coupon to me icon_idea.gif

Expiry date you can check in the fine print on the digi copy redemption code paper in the case. In some amazon website also you can see for example check hulk 2 item website and expand special feature section.

As for TDK, you can try to redeem it now since i redeem mine after it expired but the code still works. Maybe it still can whistling.gif sweat.gif

ok, i get what you mean. it's just that watching movies on the small iphone screen (as compared to my tv screen); i won't enjoy as much unless i'm away somewhere... but to each their own i guess. anyway, i must've no less than 10 digital copies lying somewhere on my shelf but most of 'em already expired dah... smile.gif
