I am using an Iphone 3GS from Digi, Full signal with 3G network and yet I cant received calls n sms.
Weird thing is, when I swap to Maxis, I can receive call and Sms.
Wow DiGi.
So for all those people wanting to sign up for this little plan,better ask around or test with another DiGi number
My DiGi prepaid works fine but My iPhone DiGi cant receive calls and sms although full signal and 3G~

No wonder sometimes, people are willing to pay more to the green camp because of better services maybe.
My CC bill comes 1st b4 my iphone bill lol~

I doubt you are promoting Maxis....
If that is the case why don't you call up DiGi and ask about it and rather spend your time typing all sorts of problem you facing to us...
I can only advice you to talk to DiGi CS if you face those issue... I'm on DiGi and i don't face all this issue....

Need some feedback from you guys, please assist (thanks in advance): -
- Am currently Maxis user (ported out from Celcom 2 weeks ago)
- Using 16GB iPhone 3GS with 3.1.2 and 5.11.7
- Problem discovered - while on GPRS/EDGE, Data has got higher priority than Voice.  I.e. while there is data connection established, your voice will be routed through Voicemail.  Of course this won't happen on 3G/HSDPA connection.
- To test the above - Turn Off 3G, then load any heavy website.  While it's loading, quickly use another phone to call your iPhone.

Would appreciate if Digi (iPhone) user can assist on the below as well: -
- Turn off 3G
- On your dial pad, please key in *3001#12345#*, then choose "GSM Cell Environment", then followed by "GPRS Information", then please advise the value of "Network Operating Mode".  If it's 002, I would assume you will have the same problem which I am facing.  If the NOM is 001, then I guessed the Voice should have higher priority than Data - LUCKY!
- Tested on some Celcom and Maxis transceiver tower, so far, all are running on NOM 002   sianz....

iPhone 4 just officially announced... damnit... how can I afford to stick with my current 3GS for another 23 months

Judging from what amyhs99 posted, the problem will only occurs when you're using data (eg: surfing web)?

I was planning on getting the iPhone 4 with the 3 year plan but thinking again, DiGi don't have iPhone upgrade plan right? I don't think I can stay on 1 iPhone for 3 years. Any ways to terminate the contract?

Anyone knows how they calculate the early termination penalty? Can't find anything on the Digi website.

If u got problem on incoming calls and sms, especially on edge and gprs, please send a feedback or complaint on their CS so that they know it's affecting a lot of people and they will do their work~

dont worry about that i also have to stick to mine for another 23 months but i will definately get whatever after the iPhone 4. Upgrade!

Luckily i am smart enough, get the non contract unit from Maxis and use DiGi
