Waseong share dividend:-

Special Tax-Exempt Share Dividend via a distribution of Treasury Shares on the basis of one (1) Treasury Share for every one hundred and twenty (120) ordinary shares held.

and

Tax-exempt second interim cash dividend of 3.0 sen per share of RM0.50 each


but need 12000 shares in order to get 100 bonus shares. So keep odd lots ....

Keep for many many years or throw away; or make it to 12000 Waseong shares in order to get full 100 shares. 100 shares worth rm23+ with capital of about rm 28K. Not even a 1% (0.8+%) return and I think I can forget about it.

My 2000 shares cost about rm4780. This 2LOTs will receive 8 shares only. 2000/120. Ada betul sifu?

Prize money multiplies in today’s 4D jackpot


PETALING JAYA: Punters may be in the running to strike more than RM10mil in prize money even if they land the second prize in Magnum’s 4D Jackpot game today.

If no one claims the grand prize of Jackpot 1 in today’s draw, the top sweepstakes will be revalued to RM20mil with whatever extra amount to snowball to Jackpot 2 as the game features a cascading mechanism.

“The situation is imminent if no winners emerge to clinch Jackpot 1,” a Magnum spokesman said, adding that the amount had ballooned to RM29.6mil yesterday.

“Therefore, if the cascading happens, Jackpot 2 which stands to be an easier win will be valued at more than RM10mil.”

However, if there are no winners, the amount from the second jackpot goes back to the main jackpot. The jackpot amount has no limit.

“This is a fantastic outcome especially for gamers, as the opportunity is wider now,” the spokesman said in a statement yesterday

CIMB Group Holdings Bhdss net profit more than doubled to RM802.89 million in the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2009 (4QFY09) from RM318.6 million a year earlier, helping it to record its best-ever yearly financial performance.

2. Cabinet ordered Prasarana to buy stake in KLIG, says source

Financially troubled interior fit-out (IFO) group LCL Corp Bhd continued to bleed in its fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2009 (4QFY09), with its net loss widening to RM334.7 million from RM17.4 million a year earlier.

5. Infineon plans RM180m capacity expansion
Infineon Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd plans to invest RM180 million in capacity expansion, developing new back-end technologies and upgrading its manufacturing facilities in Melaka this year.

6. Malaysia to raise ratio of domestic investment to 60% by 2020
The government aims to raise the proportion of domestic private investment (DPI) to 60% of total investment by 2020 from the 32% recorded last year, reducing dependency on foreign direct investment (FDI), said the Minister of International Trade and Industry Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed.
