Feb. 24 (Bloomberg) -- China’s central bank will sell 90 billion yuan of three-month bills tomorrow, it said in a statement on its Web site.

First, its 90 billion yuan being auctioned tomorrow. The last 3 month auction was 30 billion. The PBOC is draining 90 B from the money supply, and we do not know the yield as of yet.

Primary dealers will submit their bid along with the respective yield they want from the Central Bank. Of course, the higher the yield, the primary dealers wont mind parking their money with the Central bank

Why not? The primary dealers are commercial banks and they do submit bids for insurance companies as well as hedge funds
