Hi would like to know is there a certificate course for mass comm for students that didn't get 3 credits like they have for the hospitality course. Or can the student that don't have 3 credits go in straight to the diploma course???Does anyone know? Bro Hikari??
*
unfortunately there is no certificate course for mass comm. The one with lowest entry requirements is the Diploma and it requires at least 3 credits and unfortunately if you don't meet the requirement you can't enroll since those minimum requirement is set by the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) and Taylor's have to follow it.

If your really interested in pursuing Mass Comm then and do not have 3 credits probably you can go somewhere that offers a Certificate course.
For example IACT is quite a good college and they do provide Certificate courses

well there is no definite yes or no answer for that question. Cases like that will always be handled on a case-by-case basis and needs approval from either the Dean,Deputy Dean,Programme Director or the Deputy Programme Director in order to be accepted.

Hi smile.gif would like to know if it's a must to take "Certificate in Hotel Operations" in order to pursue "French Diploma in Hospitality Management" or "French Diploma in Culinary Arts" at Taylor's University?

If so, what are the estimated fees for "Certificate in Hotel Operations"? Thanks biggrin.gif

You only need to take the Certificate in Hotel Operations first if you do not posses 3 credits that are required to enroll in the Diploma programme. If you have three or more credits you can straight enroll in the Diploma if you don't you need to take the Certificate first since the entry requirement for the Certificate is just 1 credit in SPM

yes you can. Those offices handle Marketing in the region they are in, like the one in Penang handles Marketing up north when there are no big events that requires the main team in Taylor's to go there =D They also have other functions as a regional office though this functions don't usually apply to normal people so you don't need to care about these.
You can go there to ask about courses, register and if I'm not mistaken you can also pay your first sem fees there.

Has Taylor's U 2011 tuition fee been established?

If it hasn't, how much is the annual tuition fee of Computer Science in 2010?

hum I don't have the specifics with me currently but it will generally cost you around 70k+ for three years full tuition + misc fees.
Expect a slight increase for 2011, the fees should be out around late next month.

either is fine. There are computer labs and computers in the library in college anyway if you don't have a laptop that you can bring to various places so there's no problem with not owning a laptop.

Where are you coming from? Are you going straight to SS15 Subang Jaya and then only go to Taylor's University or you are looking for ways to straight away go to Taylor's University from somewhere?

I come from Miri, Sarawak. I need ways from the airport going to university. What transportation should i take and cheap, but i can consider alternatives that i think easier for me to go around.
