i guess you didn't deal with police before, else you should know.
for my police report, i even draft the whole report on a paper and then pass the paper to the police receiving the report but they tell me
'jangan cerita panjang-panjang, repot ni cerita pendek cukup, mau cerita panjang-panjang cerita kat inspektor/sarjan nanti',
so ended up the whole draft is summarized into a few lines instead, i think they are just lazt to type those words...

or maybe someone just receiving their karma

seems like someone got gangster attitude here wonder if before this he aggro many other people or not and finally 1 day get the wrong people

if video recorded, can use it as evidences that the driver trying to murder you...

TS when they said wan to settle outside and paid all the damage that cause to your car you shud said YES boleh settle RM100,000 or more boleh settle lar.. that farker attempt to murder u, i think those money is gud enuf for u and ur fren to settle everything.

how bout the case now? if u still have difficulties, just go to newspaper la...
go to nstp balai berita at bangsar... that one HQ ma, harian metro + berita harian + new strait times in one building....Opposite is sin chew newspaper...

Nowaday you can walk-in to this newspaper office, just log ur report there...

dun scare la TS. go for newspaper. go for bukit aman. otherwise there will be another victim

collected my car from factory after claiming all the damages from my own insurance, but the inspector still haven take any action, ring the inspector and make complain, he said he followed the procedure, for case 417 he needs to get approval from shah alam police station then only he proceed the case, take statement from me, wtf, its already almost a month still wait for approval? i tried to report this to bukit aman but the officer refused, he said i need to wait at least 1 month then only can complain. another wtf. for those who understand well about police procedure pls help me on this.

already got contact with a media, i shall follow their instruction, since my car already done repaired, i asked for documentation for the damages of my car and the list of parts claim from the car factory with all the photo.

BUKIT AMAN COMPLAIN - THEY NOT REFUSE..BUT IF THE I.O NOT INFORM U THE OUTCOME OF THE CASE OR DO ANY ACTION WITHIN 1 MONTH, THEN D BKT AMAN CAN START INVESTIGATE THE I.O...BELOW 1 MTH, THEY CAN'T TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE I.O....
