why TM dose not give home user use >50mbps ? scare people hacking and can't trace? because to fast?

tracing hackers is easy even to look at their location. did TM says that they will not give 50Mbps? or just a statement by unknown civilian?

homes will have a minimum of 10Mbps mar.....tak cakap max pun..maybe at 100Mbps.

However, I wonder why it seems no one else got wind of that? Hopefully it will be cheaper and they abolish the 384kbps package.

To setapak ppl, fibre box are installed at the goverment quarters at seksyen 1 (behind the balai polis). Looks like its cable is from underground. Picture will be uploaded later.

I mean the government quarters (3-4 storey flat) behind the balai polis (nearby jaya jusco).
For now the FTTH box only plug with 1 cable from underground. Usually 1 box can cover up to 8 user.
I guess they just started installed the box as few weeks I passby don't have yet.

AFAIK, the copper cable also can support up to 8 user/homeline on each pole..

that cable is too big for 8 user only...

Sorry for that, I am not feeling well since yesterday, even now.

The new packages are not different from Streamyx Combo, just that those who sign up get the registration fee waived, free stuff(DECT phone, wireless modem) & free calls to fixed line numbers plus lower rates for calls to mobile phone(10sen-15sen).

There are 4 broadband packages including voice and 3 new voice packages(without broadband).
