from V3 thread

thanks for your support guys! haiya serigala, how geng oso the pipe wont b as good as ur 2 cylinder super monstar!

I dunno what is the shipping cost. If any bike shop there interested, bulk shipment should be quite cheap. I can even send the pipes over there.
arekeem, really thanks for your effort to open V4 ! Sh*t... we are not only good bikers, but good spammer huh?

my termignoni is on another league la..still cannot fight my brother harley davidson with vance&hines exhaust..
last time some1 sent me nob1 tri-oval cost around RM20..i think some people would buy it even they have to burden the shipping cost..maybe u should start asking nationwide/GDex/skynet,sure reach..maybe 1 of the shipping company could provide affordable price..

charge, would u help me on steps to change needle jet setting. I think the foreman set my air-fuel mixture a bit richer, i lose my top end rpm performance a bit compared to previous setting..
if a bit richer, just need to turn the air screw a bit more. I assume the needle jet u mean here refers to pilot jet, but not the needle itself?

The prob is if i turn the air screw a bit more, my engine idle will be decreased. yeah, i can try to turn the throttle stop screw (located beside air screw) to maintain again the engine idle speed. But still the performance not as good as before.
What i mean here is from what u mentioned in previous thread regarding the needle jet setting got 3 ticks right?
i am a little bit unclear regarding this. care to explain more??

I don't have the stock carb with me now. When I am back to Penang, can take some photo and show you how.
Actually what's your problem? can you describe in detail?

When you open full throttle at low rpm, u feel a sudden blurp?
or you just feel lag of power at high rpm?

My 1st setting is when i open more throttle at low rpm, i will feel sudden blurp. But thats ok coz at mid-high rpm the power was great.

But then after my accident, my foreman suka2 setting back my carb to compensate the sudden blurp at low rpm. Yeah, the acceleration improved but the top end power not as nice as before.

My 1st setting can reach 160-170kph at highway, but now at 155-160kph, i will feel power lag, and the speed just decreased to 150kph, then up again to 155kph, decreased again. Feels like kinda rpm cutt-off.... doh.gif hard to describe in forum la... laugh.gif

Normally foreman js turn the air screw or the idling screw to set. Did the foreman took out the needle to change anything?
If not, u can just increase the air screw 1/4 by 1/4 until u got a satisfactory setting at high rpm.
