short courses for what? i u just wanna learn how to use the dslr, can attend sony free workshop for basic and for flash..

press on the +/- button, and while pressing that button, move the scroll wheel, then u will see the changes.

when i pressed on the +/- button, nth come out. is it should be like this?

nothing's supposed to come out, scroll the wheel and you will see the compensation bar move left/right

both are out of focus...try use only point focus and focus on the subject face....
