The sdd really xpensive compare to hdd.. I can built another ITB with the money..
But sdd really faster than hdd la.. I will save my money for more storage of hdd..

For the time being, I will stick to the HDD. Maybe in future, I will consider to get one for myself as currently the price for SSD is too high for me to afford.

maybe SSD will only come in use as mainstream storage another 3-5 years?

in another 2 years maxed. this tech is just too awesome. light, durable, fast. wait till 250g and 500g come out and we can get a 128 under rm800 =)

But for a desktop.. maybe can g for a 80gb SSD just for the window..

Hey guys, I just receive a international call today from dell..
The guy only asking whether the address is correct or not and ask for my home number.. other than that, he cant told me the estimate delivery date ..

I check my status order now, is still in order receive ..
So this call is just to confirm the address?
They going to send the product straight to my house from oversea?

The number's from China? What bout their Penang office?
I only received phone calls from Penang back then, to tell me that the order is coming.
For my laptop and my headset, twice also from Penang. lol

so sad.. i have not received any call from any where yet

order status still remain stagnant.

how come? i tot we order on the same date?

is an international call..

China still holiday

Dell informed me (before CNY) that the delivery date for my unit is 3rd March. They only told me verbally, so it is my word against theirs. Given the huge backlog that they have to do, let's see whether they can pull this off.
