ooo ic..maybe my JAF installation corrupt. when i tick use ini, only show empty list.

Guys, where can i find the steps on how to flash my tube? I have went through the FP but i can't seem to find anything on how to flash this phone. I'm currently downloading JAF service suite but i don't know how to flash my phone. Anyone can show me where are the steps?
