Probably colour contrast could be further enhanced.
Ermm.... Your watermark is simply distracting. Can it be placed at somewhere which doesn't block the object of the pictures?

fruitie: thanks for the edit, but the pic is actually within rules (1024x768). you can right-click and view info to verify this. could be a problem with your browser font size(?).

If no, it looks quite fake to me because you have pumped in too much of colours... For e.g. the skies.
