Honestly that looks much better. I also feel like you should experiment with the crop a little, the dead center arrangement isn't doing anything for me.

My mistake, as I usually operate with a 5D. Yes it was taken with a D300.

nobody comment mean it is an average picture

when people comment it is usually, it is a bad picture or it is a good picture

to me it will look better if its sunset, mean rather than empty sky like that
I would prefer to see some ground , keep the tree though

now I commented your, now go comment mine
see how difficult it is to comment such an average shoot
