Tattoo is the cheapest android phone...but the catch is it doesn't have capacitive touch screen...therefore no multitouch function for tattoo..

not with the resistive touchscreen and 2.8" monitor...

u can try Samsung Galaxy Spica if u insist on budget Android phones... 3.2" capacitive touchscreen is more fun to fildde with...

a good phone for her la..
she is not techy, and mobile phone is even beyond my league tongue.gif
i find HTC tatoo looks fun, lolx..

I just RMA my belkin laptop cooler. 1-to-1 change. Nice!

Go back and test it out.
